I absolutely love both Dan and Jade, but today I’m specifically going to review my experience with Jade, who was the primary realtor for the selling of my condo.
At all times throughout the process. Jade impressed me with how dedicated she is. Not just as a realtor, but as a person. You can tell that she strives for excellence in every single thing that she does – right down to the little things like being thorough in her correspondence with me, to the ways she would always offer to help even beyond the scope of what she’s required to do in her job. It all made my life SO much easier. She did an amazing job coordinating with my tenants so I didn’t have to worry about it at all.
She placed a strong emphasis on the first impression a potential buyer will have – therefore, she produced an extremely high quality listing with professionally-done photographs and virtual tour. She even came and helped me tidy up and windex the windows before the photographer showed up. She brought some cute plants to put on the patio to make it look more cozy.
Most importantly, she was able to get me the price I was after. I am more than satisfied with the outcome, and I am SO grateful that I didn’t end up in the hands of a realtor that would push me to sell low just to get the deal done quickly. To me, Jade’s patience and perseverance, combined with her knowledge of what works and what doesn’t, is what makes her such a respectable realtor who stands out among the rest.
I highly recommend Jade if you’re selling your home. She’s the best. And her partner, Dan, is the best if you’re in the market to buy. They’re the best power team out there!
